Employee Engagement Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities: Leads and creates the employee engagement plan and conducts projects in promoting company culture and employee engagement through various programs including, but not limited to onboarding, employee communications, recognition, wellness and rewards program, team building, holiday events. Ensures cascading of the employee programs and create meaningful employee experience. Help execute and deliver employee engagement services such as local training, performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs. Provides reports and feedback regarding events, progress, policies and procedures. Identify and recommends proposals to address issues that may arise. Performs other HR related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Graduate of Bs Psychology, Human Resources, or any behavioral related courses. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and tools Strong organizational and communication skills, events planning, creativity, and project management. Has attention-to-details and negotiation skills and high level of self confidence. Passion in delivering service excellence to employees. Familiar in organizational development Experience in Corporate Culture of Excellence
