Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who will establish and maintain leadership over the finance function. The Finance Lead is in charge of creating operations cost-lowering methods, improving existing processes to align with the company’s goals, and must ensure the business’ and client’s compliance with their country’s laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in handling leadership roles
• Professionally licensed (CPA) or has a related graduate school degree
• High fluency in handling the English language and can communicate effectively.
• Meticulous and analytical
• Willing to build and become a part of a growing business.
• Updated with the current trends in technology and business
• Must have experience in processing payroll, supplier management, invoicing, forecasting, budgeting, audits, and discrepancies.
• Knowledgeable with the Philippine finance & taxation-related laws and regulations.
