Company Profile: This Global Company is the world's biggest provider to mining , building, manufacturing industries. This global firm has been in the industry for almost 100 years and has been operating in 100 countries. They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world. Position: French Human Resource Consultant
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: PHP 100,000 - PHP 120,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift - 3:00 pm - 12:00 Midnight/Night Shift - 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Human Resource
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining Requirements:
◉ Open to any foreign national who can speak, read, and write French language with permanent visa
◉ Bachelor's Degree of any courses
◉ Must have work experience at least 3 years above
◉ Experience in HR Business Partners is a plus.
◉ Must be able to work in Ortigas Site Responsibilities:
◉ Coordinate and reporting to HR Leaders and stakeholders
◉ Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
◉ Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, such as issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
◉ Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
◉ Prepare data and information for negotiations, such as. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing Recruitment Process:
