Front Desk Officer

Qualifications:

• At least College Graduate
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Available to start ASAP

• For Pre-employment medical examinees - he/she reviews referral slip as to the name of the examinee, identification card presented, signature of the authorized referring officer of manning agencies and date of effectivity
• For Follow-up examinee/s - checks whether follow-up examinees who scanned their cards is one and the same with the picture reflected in the monitor
• For Applicant/s - coordinates with Human Resources department to check whether said applicant/s are schedules for exam and interview.
• For Clients/Visitors - coordinates with concerned department/person to check whether said clients/visitors are scheduled for a meeting.
• For Suppliers/Collectors - coordinates with concerned department/person to check whether said suppliers/collectors are expected to deliver or to collect payments.
• Prepares record of all rush examinees and monitors the same in coordination with the nurses for prompt action and result.
• Updates the DOH master logbook in a daily manner
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and directs it to the connected person/department.
• Sort out and deliver letters and parcels to concerned personnel in a daily manner
• Monitors and requests various forms, logbooks and other supplies needed at the reception are.
