Group Sales Head for Manulife Philippines. Successful candidates will be provided with training and support to become experts in the field of sales management, recruitment, and advisor development. Qualified candidates will undergo a manager development program, and may be designated as Unit Manager, with primary responsibilities of sales management and recruitment. Experienced employees, professionals, or businessmen are encouraged to apply for the Sales Manager Post. Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. Graduates of Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, and Engineering will have an advantage. Required skill(s): Management, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Investment, Planning. w/ extensive years of sales & management experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Real Estate, BPO, Telco, Banking, etc) or equivalent. Corporate Sales Officers / District Sales Managers / Territory Sales Managers from Banking, Remittance, Investment, Airline, Telecommunications or the Pharmaceutical Industry are encouraged to apply. Bank Managers or Bancassurance Area Heads have a definite advantage, and will be considered for Unit Manager / Unit Head position. Medical representatives, stock brokers, real estate brokers, car sales representatives, distribution managers, HR / recruitment managers, flight attendants, businessmen / entrepreneurs are also welcome to apply. Recruit & Develop a team of Financial Advisors through Management and training. Lead and monitor Financial Advisors under the team.Meet the key performance indicators specified by the company, including production, recruitment, and persistency.
