Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the ambitious goal of hiring 270+ engineers over the next two years.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Partner closely with the Head of People and engineering department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract top-tier technical talent globally and locally.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to refine strategies and improve the hiring process continually.
• Maintain compliance with local and international employment laws and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Deep understanding of the technical landscape and a proven track record in meeting large-scale recruitment goals.
• Extensive experience in technical recruiting, with a successful track record of achieving large-scale hiring objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a team.
• Deep knowledge of the global tech industry and the specific technical skills required in data center operations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in modern recruitment technologies and platforms.
