Job Description - HR Coordinator/ Area Supervisor

  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with the recruitment process during interviews and endorsing applicants
  • Produce and submit reports on time
  • Attend monthly client meetings
  • Oversee manpower (corporate workers)
  • Assist in Timekeeping
  • Follow up billings
  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Resolving benefits-related problems
  • Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Preparing and recommending corrective actions
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
  • Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any Psychology, Human Resource or any business-related course
  • With experience in supervisory or leading a team
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to do multi task
  • Knowledgeable in timekeeping
  • Familiar in Labor policies
  • Willing to oversee corporate employees
