HR Generalist

Job Summary: As an HR Generalist for our food manufacturing company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote company values, mission, vision and compliance for food safety and all labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment 
• Serve as the point contact for employee relation issues and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database.
• Collaborate with the Production to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with health and safety regulations relevant to food manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and compliance.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
