Work you'll do

  • Deliver effective employee operations services

  • Support Head of HR to provide advance level support and internal consulting to the firm and management team on employee-related agenda

  • Design, review and/or monitor employee-related policies, processes and other initiatives aligned with employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

  • Ensure responsive services are provided to employees, and proactively identify scalable / process improvement solutions

  • Drive and/or implement employee related projects as required, including activating and/or partnering with the relevant regional and/or local stakeholders from alignment and implementation

  • Recommend, support and collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review and enhancement whenever applicable

  • Perform other related HR tasks that may be assigned
HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support to HR team

  • Provide accurate reports on HR status and activities

  • Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team on new hire updates from Job Offer to completion of pre-employment requirements.

  • Collect and monitor completion new hire pre-employment requirements

  • Responsible for all pre-onboarding documentations of new hires

  • Timely update of employee database and records

  • Creation and maintenance of employees' 201 files (physical and electronic files)

  • Facilitate employment data changes (onboarding, lateral transfers, etc)

  • Recommend, support and collaborate with respective stakeholders for process development, review and enhancement whenever applicable

  • Perform other related HR tasks that may be assigned
Business Partnering

  • Support the business leaders on employee matters as an advisor and change agent by facilitating collaborative conversations and change across teams, organizations, procedures, and systems.

  • Collaborate with leaders on employee-related initiatives to develop an employee-oriented culture that emphas quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.

  • Partner with business leaders to drive the workforce planning process to forecast budget for resource planning, workforce engagement and learning and development and oversee the development and deployment of employees, assess, and anticipate their needs

  • Establish and communicate employee metrics that demonstrate added value and identify where changes in practices and policies are required.

  • Identify key drivers, plan and execute impactful actions to systematically strengthen culture and organization performance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity

  • Drive performance management reviews, providing guidance, advice and training to managers on managing performance issues at all levels by implementing relevant retention strategies and identifying learning and development needs for business units and individual coaching needs
If you are someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources or Business Development Management or related field

  • At least 10 years' strong hands-on experience in human resource field

  • Proficiency in human resources and project management software (StaffIT, SuccessFactors, SAP and other HR related software applications)

  • Solid experience working with data and analytics and managing workforce plans

  • HR Technology implementation and change management experience

  • Proven experience working in improving processes

  • Someone with a sense of ownership to manage the various operational processes

  • Must be good with math (business arithmetic)

  • Experience in managing budgets.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with C-level stakeholders
