Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or Associate Manager in a BPO environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to present oneself as positive, polite and professional throughout the call.
- Amenable to work ONSITE in BGC, Taguig or Alabang
- Amenable to work on a rotational/shifting schedule.
Scope
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Policy Formulation (includes process, guideline definition, Research, Benchmarking and Advisory/HR solutions.
Provide HR policy guidance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
HR Analytics/Metrics/Reporting and Knowledge Management/HR Capability Building.
Vendor Relationship Management and Employer Branding and Positioning.
Function-specific initiatives, audits, and compliance.
Deploy the change management activities to implement the policy with guidance from senior management and check on effectiveness of communication.
Participate in research and benchmarking projects, data analysis, statistical modeling, setting up conversations, etc. based on the output given by seniors.
Plan, monitor, and assigned activities as guided by seniors, ensure HR services delivery effectiveness. Assist supervisor in identifying areas of improvement in HR Process/Policies/Systems based on inputs from unit/DC/Geo HR functions.
Collate data related to HR Processes and Programs by coordinating with Units, BEFs, and CoEs.
Handle virtual activities as required base on inputs from seniors.
Participate in function specific initiatives as relevant.
