The Role: Your Impact
As the HR Manager specializing in Compensation and Benefits at EDGE Tutor International, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members are compensated and rewarded timely, fairly and equitably for their contributions. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talents, driving our mission of excellence in education forward.


Your Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
2. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
3. Design and manage competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and other incentives to attract and retain top talent.
4. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
5. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our compensation and benefits offerings.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address compensation-related needs and challenges.
7. Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness in our compensation and benefits practices.
8. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits-related matters.


Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Preferably experience with start up, or BPO industry, education sector or multinational environment is a plus.
