Scope & Responsibilities:

• Management and Support
  Overseeing HR strategies and operations while providing guidance to managers.

• Recruiting/Talent Sourcing
  Screening and interviewing candidates to fulfill staffing needs in coordination with hiring managers.

• Compensation & Benefits Management
  Managing payroll, benefits, and ensuring competitive compensation packages.

• Employee Growth and Relations
  Conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.

• HR Administration & Compliance
  Maintaining records, ensuring legal compliance, and addressing employee inquiries.

• Analytics
  Utilizing HR data for decision-making and strategic planning purposes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource related courses.
• 5-7 years of working experience as an HR practitioner with managerial experience.
• HR Generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with HR-related legal and compliance requirements.
