Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
The position is responsible for providing assistance in the implementation of all facets of human resources management, including attraction, optimization, retention, compensation and benefits, aligned to the people practices and policies of AIC and the Aboitiz Group.
Talent Attraction
- Reviews with the Business Unit Heads all the manpower requirements and ensures availability and endorsement of the right talents.
- Assists in the planning of future organizational requirements based on the strategic workforce planning.
- Reviews and endorses job offer packages to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness.
- Implements onboarding process to properly engage new employees.
Talent Optimization
- Drives the timely, accurate and thorough implementation of talent management program
- Implements Goals and Performance Management program
Talent Retention
- Promotes the Aboitiz Values and drives organizational culture aligned with the corporate goals and objectives
- Develops, implements, and evaluates employee engagement programs relevant to the desired organizational culture across Cebu sites.
- Analyzes and makes appropriate recommendations to management for out-of-policy cases.
Compensation and Benefits
- Coordinates with the Shared Services Team for all Compensation Benefits Systems and compliance-related activities
- Liaises with government agencies related to employees’ statutory benefit
- Facilitates the annual physical examination (APE) for all Cebu employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent course
- At least three (3) years of human resources experience within the real estate industry
- Has solid background in all HR facets
