HR Officer (Internal Communications)

He/She/They will be primarily responsible in providing a strategic approach to internal communications within BDO and support in employee engagement activities.

The Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Provides support in delivering consistent approach to all internal communications in maximizing employee involvement through internal communications, and employee-related programs and activities.
• Supports in various employee engagement activities, collaborates with marketing, and employees throughout the organization to drive employee awareness and engagement.
• Able to play a part in managing and facilitating HR-related events, as well as BDO Employee Volunteer Program/Sustainability activities.
• Performs other related functions and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or other field relevant to the job.
• Great interpersonal skills in coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills – both in crafting and editing (where needed) memos, email, etc.
• At least 3 years of work-related experience.

You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
