The role in a nutshell:

The HR Project Officer will be part of a program team focused on specific key business initiatives related to the creation of local market business entities and the transition of the workforce to these new entities, and is responsible for providing global HR expertise and support. This role is an individual contributor role with responsibility for executing assigned tasks. This initiative is a 2-to-3-year high value project.

How you will make a difference:

• Responsible for the delivery of HR project activities to ensure successful delivery of key projects.
• Facilitate employment contracts conversations and negotiations.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Escalate identified issues to the Project Manager to resolve problems promptly.
• Assist with the updating and keeping of project documentation.
• Deliver high quality, on time, and on budget.
• High focus on client and worker adoption working closely with Account Management to develop dynamic approaches to deployment and optimization.
• Strong partnership and collaboration with Corporate Entity Management and Compliance, HR Services, Operations, and third-party vendors ensuring dependencies are revealed and well managed.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What will give you an advantage:

• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist role and working across multiple countries/regions.
• Demonstrable knowledge of labour legislation, regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work with business and project stakeholders, and to coordinate efforts with different internal and external groups.
• Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills will a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Assertive, tenacious, and courageous approach to work.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• International business experience preferred.
• Energetic, highly organized, assertive with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
