HR SPECIALIST

1. Join Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/ Initiatives

2. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

3. Recruit and hire qualified applicants to fill-up manpower vacancies.

4. Replenishment of HR Forms and ensures availability of HR Forms in all sites.

5. Water Test Monitoring and filing of documents related as maybe required for Permit Processing. Safekeep contract and other files related to Water Test and Permits.

6. Monitoring of office supplies issuance and inventory. Ensure availability and on time delivery of requests.

7. Provide administrative support such as but not limited to monitoring and replenishment of HR forms & office refreshments; Schedule of corporate dog's grooming and vaccination; Update and follow-up all request for office maintenance/repairs; Issues clearance, certificate and conducts exit interviews for resigning employee.

8. Monitoring of accountabilities (Laptop, CP, Simcard, etc.)

9. Update HR Dashboard and prepare required reports. Attend to scheduled Departmental Meeting

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or Human Resources Management

• At least 6 months work experience

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications

• Keen eye to details, organize and systematic

• Good communication skill (oral & written)

• Good interpersonal relation skills

• Trustworthy and with good moral character
