HR Specialist - Malolos, Bulacan

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment flow for employees. (Sourcing, initial interview, coordination with hiring managers, job offer, onboarding, contract signing and orientation, offboarding, and quitclaim).
• Prepares semi-monthly timekeeping summary of regional employees in order to process accurate payroll.
• Manages and maintains the 201 files of the employees.
• Prepares and distributes company policies, memorandum, office circulars and holiday announcements in a timely manner.
• Prepares documents and updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
• Monitors employee performance and administer performance evaluation.
• Prepares and serves notice to explain and disciplinary memos
• Other reports and ad-hoc tasks as required by TSM/ Commercial Manager/ HQ.

Job Qualifications

• Resident of Malolos, Bulacan or Nearby Municipalities 
• With 1 year experience and knowledge in different HR Function: recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and disciplinary procedures. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Above or average skills in excel formula and shortcuts) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude 
• Can work with less supervision
