MC WILSON CORPORATION (the company behind different casual dining restaurants like Gringo, Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon cafe, and Tatatito) is looking for an HR Specialist (Recruitment)

Onsite/Banawe, Quezon Avenue

Responsibilities

• Identify recruitment needs and coordinate with Department Heads regarding personnel requisitions
• Source and attract qualified candidates using the right platform/job sites
• Ensure quality hires and endorsements for handled job positions
• Monitor and assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Ensure background and reference checks are completed

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent is required for this role
• With previous experience as a Recruiter (High volume recruitment)
• Must be adept in the end-to-end recruitment process and can handle work pressure
• Experience in food industry recruitment is a plus
