Job Description

This job is responsible for delivering HR Support services and consultancy with matters including but not limited to recruitment & onboarding, talent management, compensation & benefits, labor relations, employee relations and engagement, and corporate communications. 

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Source, assess and recommend the best talents corresponding to the needs of the business units. 
• Establishes and maintains recruitment network to maintain pool of applicants. 
• Ensures the timely routing of Manpower Requistion Form (MRF) for approval received from requesting department. 
• Ensures the effective coordination and establish partnership with hiring managers. 
• Facilitates on-boarding and employment processing of newly-hired employees and on-the-job trainees. 

Employee Engagement

• Collaborates with the Sr. HR Officer and HR Officer in the conceptualization, planning, development and implementation of NCCI Employee Engagement and company activities. 
• Ensuring the positive experience of new hires by conducting HR check-ins/one-on-ones. 
• Assist in drafting of HR Employee Feedback and Communications/Announcements. 

Other Functions

• Provide assistance and support to other HR functions. 
• Lead or participate special projects or tasks as needed.
