HR Supervisor

Job Summary:

• Primarily responsible for the maintenance an Human Resource information and related records system. 
• Coordinate with various sections on employee performance and appraisal programs. 
• Initiate employee benefit, health and safety practices and recomend changes or madifications on the existing policies.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Responsible on employee and labor relations, policy administration and policy implementation. 
• Monitors performance appraisals, violations, disciplinary actions and other process for compliance with labor laws and procedures.
• Recruitment and Staffing
• Timekeeping
• Training and Event Coordination and planning
• Prepares minutes of meeting of Mancom
• Conducts internal quality audit to verify the audited area conforms to relevant documented procedure aligned to ISO Standard.
• Act as committee of 7s to control and maintain cleanliness & orderliness in company, and other assignments related to internal admin
• Performs other work related task as may be required by immediate superior and management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Psychology
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in administrative and HRD position particularly in a manufacturing company
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Team worker
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to work Cubao Area
