HR Learning and Leadership Development Senior Analyst
Location: Mandaluyong City
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand respective needs of individuals and teams. Identify or develop existing learning assets, creating viable solutions. Deploy knowledge, collaboration, communication and training enablers as outlined in the capability/leadership strategy. Partner with appropriate groups on implementation of programs.
Qualifications:
Must have:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Management
- 3 years’ experience of Learning solutions and delivery work
- At least 1 year of experience
