Key Responsibilities:
As Human Resource Office (Recruitment Specialist) at ACTS Achi &
Ahia, Inc., you will:
- Perform functions such
as but not limited to recruiting and staffing.
- Maintain all employment
and/or application records and provide clerical assistance to the Human
Resources Manager.
- Maintain employee files
and the HR filing system.
- Assist with the
day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
- Perform other related duties
as may be assigned.
- Update heads and
management with HR-related concerns.
- Assist in planning and
facilitating staff activities, meetings, and/or training.
- Network with various institutions, schools/universities, and social media/internet sites.
- Perform fieldwork if necessary.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position,
you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications,
or any related course.
- Excellent
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS
Offices especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc.).
- Analytical and logical
skills; be keen on details.
- Related experience; but
fresh graduates with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
- Available for full-time
post and office (onsite) reporting.
