WHAT WILL I BE DOING
1) HR Assistant for Recruitment
The HR Assistant for Recruitment is responsible in expediting the recruitment process for the efficient and timely hiring of required personnel.
- Ensures that the Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) or Requisition for Creation of a New Position accomplished by Business Units is duly approved by top management before processing any application for the said position.
- Monitors pre-employment documentations of all applicants.
- Makes use of the recruitment sources to attract new recruits
- Screens applicants and schedules them for interview
- Conducts preliminary interviews of selected applicants.
- Administers, checks, scores and interprets Psychological Examinations of applicants
- Endorses shortlisted applicants per job vacancy to the requesting department/ business unit concerned.
- Coordinates with the business unit's HRD Assistant regarding newly hired Employees.
- Entertains personal and phone-in inquiries of applicants.
- Posts job vacancies to all subsidiaries of the DALTA Group of Companies and to other nearby areas.
- Conducts background check on the candidate for hiring for rank and file, and requests the Security Office to conduct background investigation for supervisory positions and above, on a case-to-case basis.
- Receives all incoming documents from the different departments, Business Units or other offices concerning recruitments and maintains a logbook for the said documents.
- Prepares bi-monthly report on recruitment.
- Prepares draft and lay-out for Ads exposure.
- Monitors the status of checks for Ads jobs.
- Monitors all HRD forms related to recruitment for duplication purposes.
- Does other related duties as may be assigned by his/her Superior
2) HR Assistant for Training & Performance Management
The HR Assistant for Training & Performance Management ensures the implementation of university-wide performance appraisal system and is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training programs of the University.
- Assist in the appraisal of performance of employees
- Oversee the production of performance appraisal instruments
- Monitor submission of performance evaluation by Office Heads/Deans
- Analyze and prepare report on performance evaluation
- Make recommendations on proper actions to reinforce work performance, employing principles of learned behaviors
- File evaluation performance results
- Coordinate with other offices/sections for coaching/monitoring tasks as measure to overcome poor or unsatisfactory work output
- Continuously improve system procedures to better the prescribed services
- Help identify variables for conduct of action researches using HR data
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Create written and visual training materials to guide trainees.
- Oversee the production of instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of facilitation of training events, including creating course schedules and timetables.
- Help in the assessment of training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Accomplish competency matrix of the workforce.
- Responsible for the safe keep of training materials.
- Accountable for all training data, both soft and hard documents.
- Perform clerical duties such as organizing digital and paper files as well as copying and scanning documents.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
- Perform other task and functions as may be assigned and/or required his/her superiors

Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course
- At least one (1) year of related experience in the field of Human Resources
Other Details:
- Residing nearby or willing to relocate near Calamba, Laguna
- Day shift, amenable to work on a 48-hour work week setup
