Support the OE Analyst in coordinating data across different process
Supports the OE team in Competency Management System (incl.
Supports the OE team in maintaining the organization structures (table of
organization) to validate weight of jobs and effectivity of organizational
Supports in t the development of programs that balances the individual
employees; plans with the company's workforce needs and requirements.
Assists in the development of initiatives that are designed to build the culture
of performance and innovation.
Supports the utilization of the company's change initiatives; provides
guidance in the implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, programs and
action plans.
Supports the HR Business partners in Philipines to all OE Performance
Management related activities
Maintain trackers in all Organization Effectiveness (OE) projects and all
related activities.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Graduate with a minimum of 3 year or 4 years of specialization preferably
something related to psychology /Human resources or Analytics data related
Must have good communication skills
With or without work experience
Must be proficient in computer operations and MS Office applications
Must have good oral and written English communication skills
