Job Description - Human Resources Executive

To effectively implement various HR processes & practices for the process and thereby ensure high level of employee engagement and satisfaction

ORGANISATIONALCHART :

Vice President-BPO Operations – Head-HR – Manager/Assistant Manage-HR Senior Executive-HR Business Partner – Executive-HR Business Partner

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Effectively and efficiently resolve queries and concerns of employees of the respective vertical/process and track/report query resolution TAT

Focus group discussions

1x1 with at least 2 employees a day

2. Ensure compliance to labor laws Checking of documents related to a case or investigation

Monitor progress of disciplinary cases and ensure closure within 2 weeks

Review of policies and processes

3. Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct

Review of corrective action tracker – at least monthly

4. Attrition at 5% or below Plan and implement retention action items

5. Work on Employee Engagement through cross-function teams

6. Facilitate engagement action planning – record minutes, action points, responses and circulate, track and report and communicate closures.

7. Ensure timely sign-offs of KRA’s from new employees and role movements

KRA-setting every start of the performance management period or within 30 days from date of joining

Monitor submission and approval of KRAs

8. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of half-year and annual Performance appraisals

9. Track and monitor adherence to training plan for the process

Execution of training plan

10. Conduct exit interview for employees Exit interview of resigning employees

11. Collate exit survey data and report on a Exit interview report Internal monthly basis – trends and action to be taken

12. Employee Retention Target attrition at 5% or less

Plan and implement retention action items

Plan & execute engagement activities within the approved budget

13. Branding & Intelligence Create or join or implement branding program that is aimed at benefiting the development and growth of the company

Monitor company branding on the Industry

14. Ensure adherence to the Security Policy and Disciplinary Policy

15. Ensure adherence of business supported on the Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy and Learning Agreement

Work on the disciplinary cases endorsed by Team Leaders or Managers on the mentioned policies

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS –

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management or any Bachelor’s degree with experience in HR.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE –

At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist focusing on Labor Relations and Employee Engagement
