Human Resources Head

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

As the HR Head at Gigahertz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategies and policies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
• Oversee employee relations activities and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide Support to Senior Management by aligning HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience, of no less than 3 years as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

We believe in work-life balance, and so we normally don’t work Saturdays. In cases where we lag behind our goals, we come in briefly on Saturdays to catch up.

Location:

Php 75,000 – Php 150,000
