Job Description - Human Resources Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Manages the daily workflow of the HR department;
  • Supervises HR staff/supports in their respective assignments and tasks by audit and reports;
  • Coordinates with Training and SSDR to ensure onboarding of contractors is carried on;
  • Facilitates HR Orientation and Contract Agreement for new VAs on Training;
  • Facilitates Performance Reviews and Feedback for all Support including Executives;
  • Facilitates and Follow-thru All Department Satisfaction Surveys;
  • Oversees Support/VA disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
  • Deliberates with other Department Heads for Support Regulations and Disciplinary Actions;
  • Coordinates with Executives on Best Practices for Support/VA Engagement and Retention, Salary Structure and Benefits;
  • Maintains Proper Documentation and Dissemination of Company Policies and Guidelines;
  • Works Closely with Operations Director for VA Concerns, Attrition, Feedback upon Exit and Special Cases;
  • Works Closely with SSDR for Support Skills Enhancement Training and Development Projects.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
  • HR Manager for at least 3-5 years
  • Psychology Graduate or Related Course
  • Thorough Knowledge in Labor Law and Regulations
  • Mastery in Policy Formulation and Implementation
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Strong Understanding of HR Metrics - Engagement and Retention, Value and Welfare
  • Strong Ability to Analyze and Solve Problems
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Office Suite and Related Software
TOP 5 NON-NEGOTIABLE:
  • HR Manager for at least 3-5 years
  • Thorough Knowledge in Labor Law and Regulations
  • Mastery in Policy Formulation and Implementation
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Strong Understanding of HR Metrics - Engagement and Retention, Value and Welfare
