Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Oversees all sections of the Human Resources department including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Training. 
• Set up KPI and track individual performance
• Lead the HR department to achieve team goals
• Creates an environment of motivation

Policy Development and Compliance

• Enhance current HR policies that suit the needs of the organization.
• Enforce HR guidelines and procedures following legal requirements.
• Leads in implementing labor laws, HR current practices, and industry trends.

Talent Maintenance

• Administer payroll processes accurately, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
• Maintains performance management systems and processes for employee evaluation
• Document records and reports for government agencies (such as BIR, SSS, PHIC, NHDMF).

Reporting Activities

• Ability to create and present reports to the upper management
