The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
• Align business and corporate objectives with HR strategy and execution to be recognized.
• Establish an efficient framework for learning and organizational development to enhance employee and organizational capacity.
• Standardize all HR operations to adhere to Philippine legal requirements.
• Serve as an advisor to the line manager and team
Qualifications:
· Degree in Human Resource, Law, Political Science, Psychology Science or related field required.
· 10 years or more experience in HR areas, Union Management, Com & Ben, Business Partner
