Job Description - Human Resources Manager

Oversees, monitors, and ensures smooth workflow of the following: recruitment and selection, employee/industrial relations, compensation and benefits, payroll and timekeeping, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the current organization's structure, culture, people and capabilities and ensure company policies, guidelines and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Manage the execution of recruitment policies, systems, processes and tools to support the attraction, selection, retention, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Asses, design, implement, and monitor training programs which aimed to maximize employee skills and competency level.
  • Develop and implement performance management and rewards system aligned with the enterprise.
  • Manage timekeeping and payroll, salary structure, and compensation and benefits program
  • Develop employee engagement programs
  • Manage work related issues; both administrative, and labor cases.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 5 years' experience in all HR facets in the same capacity
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
