Human Resources Manager Compensation Benefits

An exciting opportunity is waiting for you in AP Renewables Inc., (An AboitizPower Business Unit). We are currently looking for A-Talents to join our team as Compensation & Benefits Manager. If you are considering this job opportunity, you will be implementing different facets in human resources management such as Attraction, Retention and HR Operations. The position is responsible for reviewing the HR processes of APRI to align implementation of people practices based on our AboitizPower directives.

We are looking for A-talents with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any 4-year course
• At least 7 years' experience in human resources specifically in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards
• At least 5 years' experience in any leadership role with executive
• Project management and implementation experience that involved compensation studies, talent attraction and HR technology projects
