Job Description - Human Resources Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality coupled with the highest level of professionalism. As an HR Officer at Casa Ver'Amore, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of human resources to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and handle employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, administer benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) or Psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with expertise in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and policy development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
