Human Resources Officer / QC

Qualification:

• Must have 2-5 years and up experience in Recruitment in Construction Company.
• With experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Good understanding of MS Office programs (World/Excel)
• Must be proactive and willing to learn new HR competencies proven experience in all HR functions.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, communication skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Knowledge with DOLE policies and requirements is an advantage
• Proficiency in Attendance time Keeping is an advantage
• Proficiency in SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth process is an advantage
