Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Team Lead at Ideolux. The Human Resources Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing HR management, employee relations, HR policies, personnel management, and other related tasks. They will work closely with the Directors and Managers to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (HR)

- Proficient in Payroll management and processing

- Skilled in conflict resolution and mediation

- Knowledgeable in handling employee insurance benefits

- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Scored advanced in English Test)

- Experience in recruitment in the Engineering field is a plus

Starting Salary 850 USD
