Job Description - IT Business Process Analyst

Position Type:  Entry Level/Individual Contributor
Work Setup: Full-Time / Onsite, Monday to Friday

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, leveraging knowledge of Oracle 9i and client/server environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate proposed solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process enhancements and provide reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for further optimization and adhere to organizational standards and SDLC methodologies throughout the process improvement lifecycle.
  • Support other elated tasks and projects as assigned by management to contribute to overall departmental goals and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT business process analysis experience.
  • Proficient in business process analysis and SDLC.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle 9i and client/server environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Adaptable to changing client needs.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented team player.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 6 months exposure in Life Insurance.
