Manager RPO ( Recruitment Process Outsourcing )

PEOPLE ALLIANCE WORKFORCE Staffing RPO has an opportunity for an RPO Client Manager focused on Sales/ Business Development/CRM. The successful candidate must come from a RPO / HR Staffing agency background.

Job Role: • Manages the entire team which includes the operational delivery centre and the regional locations for RPO recruitment. • Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model. • Develop high-level strategies and marketing plans to grow service vertical, i.e. service and process strategies and campaigns • Internal synergy within Accounts Receivable team and other departments and stakeholders to capitalise on the potential business opportunity with Clients and key partners. • Providing knowledge and ideas to client Key SPOCs through regions/locations. • Plan, Identify, and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs for staff coaching and development, and their performance management. • Continuously Interlocking among regions (client stakeholders, regional managers) and operations stakeholders to seek process improvement

Required Candidate profile

Must have a minimum of 2 years of Sales/ Business development experience within a staffing agency

Must be comfortable with high volume cold calling, making face to face presentations and communicating via phone with clients

Ability to build rapport with clients, recommend solutions, and seek new business opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to multitask

Familiarity using a CRM program would be a major plus.

Must be highly motivated and team oriented

Must have high integrity and a strong work ethic

Must be a University graduate

Must always have access to a vehicle for client meetings
