Master Planner

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain accurate master data and support inventory planning, global constraint production planning, and global raw material planning.
• Create, run, and present metrics representing the governance processes.
• Drive system improvements and master data best practices to support supply planning and inventory management optimization and serve as a liaison between business and IT to understand key issues and resolve paint points within planning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Do preparation of approved PP (Production Plan) file using a standard template then upload it to the SAP database to obtain the MRP file for analysis and PO reco
• Do preparation of approved PS (Production Schedule) using a standard template then upload it to the SAP database to obtain Expedite file for analysis and Delivery Reco
• Set-up Company's Item Master Data in SAP (FG Codes, Promos Codes, Material Codes)
• Set- up and Maintain Bill of Materials and Material Usages
• Manage SAP Data, Transactions & Company Promos
• Coordinates & work with Purchasing Team, Production Team, Warehouse Team in relation to Production Order, Good Issuance, Stocks, Material Ordering and Material Planning
• Coordinates & work with Marketing Team, Retail Team, Branch & Web Team in relation to Promo
• Set-up in SAP, Inventories, Production Plan availability
• Clean-up, Deactivate, Reactivate Old Codes/Old Promos/Old BOM
• Coordinates & Work with IT Team for system & process improvements in related to AP Activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as Supply /Demand Planning in a manufacturing set up
• SAP/ERP/ Supply Chain Systems
• Computer proficient with experience in supply chain software
• Expertise on various ERP systems
• Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals will be a distinct advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Advanced Excel
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Adaptable, can work under pressure
• Team player; can work to bring out the best in others
• Great attention to detail
• Pro-active, persuasive, and flexible attitude
