Role Overview

Provide comprehensive occupational health services as prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), designed to keep every Associate in optimum health thereby enabling their productive capacity.

Key Responsibilities

PLANNING

• Planning and implementation of health activities annually
• Requisition drug program and improvement.
• Negotiating, improving and scheduling medical examinations and regular admission.

ORGANIZATION

• Set gradients state health through medical examinations.
• Organize training for emergency responders and fire brigade team
• Organize campaigns for Health Education and Promotion

PERFORMANCE

• Development and innovations in the process of medical examination in general.
• Establish health related safety programs
• Control of inventory of drugs
• Validation of third party health programs.
• Development and execution of Health Strategies and Promotions
• Monitoring of Health Metrics
• Conduct (internal) and support (external) OH audits

CONTROL

• Drug inventory audit
• Prevalence and incidence of morbidity and mortality case in the company
• Output control medications
• Health monitoring of scheduled activities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine is encouraged to apply.
• who are trained in Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) is preferred.
• with technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI, PowerAutomate) is an advantage.
