Our Human Resource Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Bonifacio Global City (BGC) siteas an Organizational Development (OD) Manager. 

In this role you will be focused on enhancing organizational capabilities through the thoughtful design and improvement of various programs, aligning with the HR Group and EWB’s broader visions. You will foster meaningful relationships across the organization, acting as a key influencer in supporting organizational effectiveness, talent management, and overall engagement, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

  What the role will entail  

Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Partnering - Collaborate with the OD Head and Business Unit Heads to synchronize organizational requirements with OD best practices. This encompasses areas such as objectives, key results, manpower management, talent development, succession planning, continuous process improvement, and people engagement. 

Organizational Effectiveness - Lead the strategic planning and execution of organizational review and design in close partnership with Business Unit heads, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR teams. Strategize and manage the harmonization, implementation, and periodic update of job architectures in collaboration with HR and Business Unit leaders. 

Career and Succession Management - Work alongside the OD Head to formulate strategies and frameworks for career and succession management, aiming to cultivate a reservoir of future talents to maintain ongoing business efficacy. Collaborate with L&D, Business Unit Heads, and the Talent Review Committee for the review, assessment, and enhancement of talent competencies, Individual Development Plans, and competency gap analyses. 

Engagement - Collaborate with L&D, Business Unit Heads, and leaders to develop and implement action plans focusing on culture-building opportunities. Maintain a consistent schedule for monitoring updates, and coordinate with Marketing for employee engagement surveys, result analysis, and company-wide communication of findings. Innovate strategies to bolster people engagement through non-traditional methods, incorporating community, corporate social responsibility activities, and mental health programs. 

Continuous Process Improvement - Join forces with the OD Head and all HR teams to strategize the enhancement of current systems, policies, and processes. Identify and bridge gaps in delivery methods to consistently refine operational approaches, emphasizing the creation of standardized, documented, and auditable key systems and processes to promote sustainability. 

What we’re looking for  

Education: 

  • Bachelor of Science in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent credentials 
  • MBA or advanced diploma in HR, a plus 
  • Certifications in behavioral or personality assessments is a plus. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in OD or Talent Management, 4 years of which in a managerial role 
  • Banking experience is a plus. 
  • Actual and active participation in change management, partnering, and consultation with the business. 
  • Key contributor who successfully developed, delivered, facilitated, analyzed, and measured: OD and talent management programs and interventions.
