DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:

Sr. Product Operations Manager

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Product Operations Manager will lead a small team to carry out the operational activities pertaining to Sprout’s employee engagement and wellness products. The role requires some experience of the Human Resources/People Operations function. The role also requires interaction with our clients, so some experience on this front would be beneficial. If you are the kind of person who enjoys running a well-oiled machine, and gets a high from client satisfaction, then this would be right up your alley.  

TASKS:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of our partner products, including product launches, upgrades, and improvements
• Manage relationships with key partners, including communication, problem resolution, and strategic planning
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive product and service innovation
• Analyze and report on key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and recommend and implement changes as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the company

 

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

• At least 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of working experience in a Human Resources/ People Operations function
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
• Decent project management and organizational skills
• Good analytical and quantitative skills
