    The Project Development Associate assists his/her Project Development Head and team in overseeing project
    profitability and managing the full cycle of the project development process, including feasibility studies,
    project design & planning, project launch & implementa on, turnover to clients and set-up of property
    management operations. ・Assist the PD Head to set, monitor and coordinate the fulfillment of development schedules
    and milestones
    ・Conducts competitor scan and market research and studies
    ・Study and recommend sales strategies and develops pricing, payment terms, promo terms, special discounts, etc. for PD Head review and approval
    ・Prepares special payment term requests for buyers
    ・Works with the team to ensure that all permits and requirements are complete for pre-launch, launch and turnover of the project PROJECT LOCATION:
    Hana Garden Villas, Nuvali Boulevard corner Jose Yulo Boulevard, Barangay Pi land, Cabuyao, Laguna

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -A graduate of any business or technical-related course (e.g. Economics, Business Economics, Entrepreneurship,
    Business Administra on, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Finance)
    -Ability to think critically and creatively and problem solve.
    -Proficient with numbers, computations and Microsoft Excel.

-Partners and consults with CoE Learning and skills function in order to implement Global Learning Portfolio.HRSS Learning Partners support Capability Managers, Learning Solutions, Learning Success and Employee Experience Teams to operationalize, delivery and ensure learning is brought to life, ensuring success.-Uses the consulting and project management capability using relevant data to implement and deliver the strategic solutions created by the Learning & Skills Team.-The Learning Partner team will provide advice, guidance, and support to Tier 1, providing knowledge and education to help support faster resolution and work on continuous service improvement. -Advice, Guidance, and recommendation will be provided to the Learning & Skills team to ensure that new learning initiatives are successful.-Service Reviews will be managed by the HRSS Learning Partner’s to ensure that projects and services are meeting SLA’s/KPI’s and ensuring that we continually improve our service.-Supports 2nd Line support requests as required.S-upports learning specialists with consultation, testing and other requirements to deliver a brilliant learning service.
