The Talent Acquisition team works together to fill roles and pipeline Talent for Datacom offices across the Philippines, Malaysia New Zealand, and Australia. We have team members across the board with specializations across different technologies and skill sets. We’re dedicated to proactively sourcing and seeking out the best talent to deliver our services.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for supporting the wider team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process of new hires. This will include administration support relative to job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, liaising with applicants throughout the recruitment process, relative security checks, candidate assessment processes and onboarding.

Role Responsibilities

The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Creating and posting job advertisements to relevant job boards.
  • Sourcing candidates through social media and database search.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting phone screening to determine qualifications.
  • Understanding recruitment needs, objectives, and role requirements.
  • Representing Datacom through professional and timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Understanding and communicating position responsibilities and company details with new hires, including parking information, work schedules and dress codes.
  • Administering new hire clearances, such as police and reference checks, and gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Providing recommendations on continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Take reasonable care that their actions (or inactions) do not harm the Health and Safety of self or others. Reports all incidents, hazards, or unsafe work practices as per Datacom policy.

Requirements

Knowledge

  • Some knowledge of human resources and recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice processes.
  • Understanding of company business requirements.
  • Knowledge of state, federal and company compliance.
  • Strong business acumen

Experience

  • 2+ years of HR/recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Demonstrated experience in relevant award interpretation.

Skills

  • English communication proficiency both written and Speaking is a MUST
  • Proficiency is Excel is a MUST
  • Background in creating and interpreting Reports/reporting
  • Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge with Power BI is a BIG PLUS
  • Background with Applicant Tracking System known to industry.
  • Background with Workable ATS experience is a BIG PLUS
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Ability to frequently interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent writing ability and attention to detail.
