Source candidates from various platforms including databases, social media, etc. |
Edit CVs of interested candidates and design overall recruiting strategy. |
Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates through interviews. |
Promote company reputation and stay updated on recruitment trends. |
Perform job and task analyses, update applicant statuses, and manage documents. |
Provide regular reports, follow up with applicants, and update recruitment databases. |
Selective CV collection and encoding weekly. |
Update the system regularly. |
Weekly application review, shortlisting, and interviews. |
Regular paperwork checks and applicant status reminders. |
Gathering CVs for reserve positions. |
Soliciting backup candidates for those not selected by the employer. |
Other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior. |
