| Create and manage E-registration and PEOS accounts for interview-passing candidates without accounts. |
| Source candidates from various platforms including databases, social media, etc. |
| Edit CVs of interested candidates and design overall recruiting strategy. |
| Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates through interviews. |
| Promote company reputation and stay updated on recruitment trends. |
| Perform job and task analyses, update applicant statuses, and manage documents. |
| Provide regular reports, follow up with applicants, and update recruitment databases. |
| Selective CV collection and encoding weekly. |
| Update the system regularly. |
| Weekly application review, shortlisting, and interviews. |
| Regular paperwork checks and applicant status reminders. |
| Gathering CVs for reserve positions. |
| Soliciting backup candidates for those not selected by the employer. |
| Other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior. |
