Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for doing end-to-end recruitment and filling out vacancies in an efficient and timely manner. He/ She is expected to ensure that a strong and stable candidate relationship is maintained through outstanding candidate experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Source, process and endorse high quality targeted candidates based on client needs.
• Actively close out vacancies in a short amount of time.
• Maintain outstanding candidate experience through providing the highest levels of service.
• Manage internal trackers and database.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management and other related courses.
• Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills.Â
• Amenable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City.Â
• Fresh Graduates with excellent educational background are a plus.
