Recruitment Consultant
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their job requests, ensuring seamless coordination, and facilitating the successful placement of candidates. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and making a significant impact on our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
License and Ticket Management:
- Handle formatting and collating of licenses and tickets for candidates.
- Ensure all necessary certifications are accurately documented and organized.
Reference Checking:
- Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
- Maintain thorough records of reference responses and communicate findings to the recruitment team.
Pre-Screening:
- Assist in pre-screening candidates through initial phone or email communication.
- Gather essential information and assess candidate suitability based on predefined criteria.
Candidate Registrations:
- Manage candidate registration processes, ensuring all required information is collected accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with candidates to facilitate smooth registration procedures.
Back-end Seek and RDB Searches:
- Utilize various recruitment databases and platforms (e.g., Seek, RDB) to conduct searches for potential candidates.
- Compile search results and present findings to the recruitment team.
Attributes Assessment:
- Identify key attributes and qualifications required for different roles.
- Assist in evaluating candidate profiles against specified attributes.
- Format candidate profiles and resumes to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance the presentation of candidate documents.
Sourcing and Booking Medical Appointments:
- Coordinate the sourcing and booking of medical appointments for candidates as required.
- Ensure all medical requirements are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 4 years in the Recruitment Industry with an international background.
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the mining industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Proficiency in using relevant recruitment software and systems.
- Prior background in workforce management and recruitment is advantageous.
Work Schedule:
This role offers day shifts and may require occasional after-hours availability to accommodate client needs.
