RECRUITMENT MANAGER-urgent

As a Recruitment Manager within the gaming industry, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across various disciplines. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute on hiring plans to support the growth and success of our gaming company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical, creative, and business roles within the gaming industry.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, establish hiring priorities, and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
3. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums, to source and engage with potential candidates.
4. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and internal teams.
6. Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining the company's employer brand.
7. Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
8. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations to expand the talent pipeline and enhance recruitment efforts.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
10. Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, and provide regular reports and analysis to leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
7. Experience in managing recruitment processes from end-to-end, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to recruitment and hiring practices.
