JOB DESCRIPTION
To review, study, plan and develop programs and initiatives that involve talent selection up to deployment of candidates for employment, apprenticeship, or any corporate manpower contracts/agreements in line with the overall hiring strategies and manpower forecasting; to drive talent engagement, uphold our brand image and the company being an "employer of choice"; and to develop and implement monitoring systems of manpower movement and vacancy levels, implement actual recruitment processes, and enhance the recruitment process for assigned groups, levels, or ranks in order to acquire talent, meet the talent needs of the organization, and immediately onboard talents for vacant positions within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances, and the Labor Laws or Code of the country.
