Mission

The UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP SYSTEM DALTA is dedicated to the development of the Filipino as a leader. It aims to graduate dynamic students who are physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually committed to the achievement of the highest quality of life.

As a system of Service in health and in education, it is dedicated to the formation of Christ-centered, service-oriented and research-driven individuals with great social concern and commitment to the delivery of quality education and health care.

It shall produce Perpetualites as “Helpers of God” – a vital ingredient to nation building.

The Role

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for bringing the best talent to the organization and build pipelines of talent for hard to fill positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborates with the HR Council in the designs,, development and maintenance of the recruitment process in the organization.
• Implements the approved recruitment, hiring and selection and on-boarding process for the Central Academic Division.
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Introduces strategic recruitment process and explores the market's best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Develops and maintains a talent pool.
• Conducts job interviews for applicants of rank and file, supervisory and managerial job positions.
• Administers psychological profile/report of applicants based on interview and psychological test results.
• Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters in the Group I Businesses and Service Units.
• Assists the HR Team in special projects.

Ideal Profile

QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management 
• At least 3 years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Mondays-Fridays, 48 hours per week
