Job Overview:

The company's mission is to help solve the skilled labor crisis in the US. The first iteration of our product is helping recruit skilled trade workers into existing companies that have industry leading apprenticeship programs. By skilled trade workers, we’re referring to laborers such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and others that perform in-person work with their hands.

Job Type : Full time

Job Pay : 70,000 - 100,000 PHP per month

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening Candidate profile

• Understanding and adapting to the ongoing hiring needs of the employer.
• Manage job postings on multiple sources.
• Review candidates application, recorded videos, and profile.
• Communicate with applicants via phone, SMS text, and other methods to assess quality of candidates.
• Shortlist approved candidates for recommendation to client.
• Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.

Data Entry & Database Management:

• Review and manage data entry into the CRM system
• Move applicants through funnel as quickly as possible
• Ensuring that all information in the applicant tracking system is updated and accurate

Requirements

• Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 years of end to end recruiting experience
• Must have good english communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to work in Pacific Timezone (7am to 3pm)
• Has resources to work in a permanent work from home setup
