Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will be reporting to the Corporate Controller of NinjaOne. The ideal candidate will be analytical, responsible and fun. They must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment. There is exponential room for growth and opportunity in this field. Location – Hybrid (1 office day, 4 days work from home/week)
Hours - 4pm to 1am Philippine time

You will be assisting with the following roles and responsibilities:

• Create and maintain purchase orders
• Enter vendor bills accurately, including service periods and amortization when needed
• Apply bills correctly to PO's
• Run report for bill payment suggestions
• Process vendor bill payments timely
• Amortization of expenses in the correct period
• Accrual of expenses in the correct period
• Enter and process expense reimbursements
• Credit card transaction reconciliations
• AP Aging reporting
• Month end close reports including metrics reporting
• Provide supporting documentation for audit
• Maintain accurate historical records
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
• Monitor vendor payment agreements to ensure billing accuracy
• Adhere to company's time and expense policy

Qualification Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relative experience preferred
• Problem solver who consistently practices attention to detail and is process oriented
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
• Must be able to maintain vendor relationships
• Great communication skills with a customer service mindset: email and phone
• Trustworthy, able to handle confidential information
• Netsuite and Concur experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet all deadlines
• Interest in Accounting & Finance
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
